    Jen at Garnet VW always goes above and beyond for me. My beetle's EPC light came on while driving home from the beach and immediately entered limp mode. I had to have it towed at the end of the work day and gave Jen a call to let her know. She had a technician start on the work the very next morning and ended up getting the problem fixed as well as several maintenance items, 2 days earlier than expected. Garnet, and Jen specifically always make me feel like a priority and I appreciate it so much.
