    Appointment was easy to get. Your prices are actually better than my local and very skilled mechanic or our local and very competent tire shop. The work was thorough, and I'm guessing you attended to some things beyond what I came for, since the car overall is running notably better. The service staff are very good at explaining what is needed and are very responsive to my concerns.

    I sent feedback and photos on Sunday, as the service department was closed. I didn't hear back, my message is copied below. " Hello! I picked up my car keys yesterday, got the car seats in the back in from the loaner, got the kids in the car and headed home to Middletown. I came out today for church and noticed there is a tear in my seat that was never there before. It looks like a puncture mark from something sharp. This is very upsetting, as I was otherwise very pleased with the service I received at Garnett. Its especially concerning because it is the end of my lease and I now have damage to the car that was not made by me in the four years I've had it. The car is in exceptional condition otherwise. I don't know how it can be remedied or even fixed without an extensive process, but I just want to bring it to your attention because I don't want anyone else to have this experience. The service department should always make sure to be careful while inside of cars, the customer's or your own. Even upon picking up the loaner, I had to point out the front passenger seat was full of spilled HONEY and needed to be cleaned. Somewhere along the line there is a break down in care and attention to detail. Kaisha Blackstone"
