For me the rating is cost. I can't figure out why an oil change is $110 bucks. The most I've ever spent at a dealership is $70. And why did I have to pay for a drain plug? Why wasn't it reused?

The whole buying experience went very smoothly. Dan contacted me the evening before, and he had the car ready when I got there. The financial end of it with Margot went smoothly as well. I would definitely shop here again.
