    Service folks are very helpful and communicate well. My only question is why was it suggested that I change the brake fluid. At $200, I’d prefer to know that it is needed, not just because VW set the frequency. The fluid should be tested for moisture and copper levels before suggesting a change. I did that and the fluid is fine.

    The shop was coding a second key for the 2021 Atlas we just purchased. They were done quickly. But when I found that the key didn't work, they took it right back and solved the problem. (A dead battery.)

    Customer service, feels family owned and friendly staff. I made it clear that I didn’t want to be in the office for hours and or all day. 1 hour and 3 mins I had my new Jetta keys I hand driving away. It doesn’t get better than that period
