    When I made appointment I had a choice of service advisor, I had chosen one out of two advisors that I’ve been scheduled with since I’ve been coming to garnet, but was given someone else, which was ok, that person didn’t do anything wrong, but I did not feel the same comfort of explanation or information of what was going on with the car as I do with the 2 advisors that usually help me.

    I have been taking my VW's to Garnet for many years, I drive an hour to get there (past two other VW dealers) because they have always been great. Over the last few visits the service department does not have the same vibe that it used to. Not as friendly, no real greeting until I go up to the counter. This time I did not even receive the inspection results for my tires, brakes, no mention of rotating tires etc. I needed wiper blades and they never mentioned it. I'll have to get them at Auto Zone. And I just received an email from VW that I declined part of the service. I don't remember declining anything, makes me think it was not offered. I'm trying to get this car to last as long as I can since I commute. I spent $600 on service, I noticed some of the newer cars were washed when returned, mine was not. I guess I'm just looking for the family feeling I used to get there, now it just seems they want to bang for for whatever they can, get you in and out, and worry about what they are getting for lunch instead of customer service. Restroom was not clean.

    Issue was not resolved so I needed to return to the dealership the next day. Still unresolved as part was not in stock and on back order.
