I've always had great experiences with the service department as well as the dealership in the past. I'm a bit disappointed this time. In the past we were always greeted like friends when we went into Garnet VW - we've been customers for many years -the staff knew us by name and sight. Lately, though, because of the many turnovers in staff, both in the service department and the showroom, I don't feel the same way when I go there. This last visit to service was just for a minor issue I was having with the start/stop technology. I was called and told the function was working properly and when I picked the car up I asked to speak with a technician. He told me he drove the car and ran a computer scan and the start/stop function was working properly. He proceeded to pull out the owners manual and read the section about start/stop to me, which I had already done. He assured me that all was working as its supposed to, but when I drive the car the start/stop never works. I feel like I'm not getting as good gas mileage because of this. This is my 4th Tiguan I've leased at Garnet and have always loved the car and have felt that for a bigger car I've gotten great gas mileage. I'm not liking this version of the Tiguan for a few reasons as much as the cars I've driven in the past; so much so that I may consider something else when the current lease is up, perhaps even looking to another manufacturer.

The salesman Randy, he was absolutely incredible. He made the entire experience the easiest thing possible. All I had to do was literally show up, sign and drive away. He didn't try and play any games and he gave me everything I wanted. I can't say enough great things about him and all the people that work at that dealership. I drive like 4 hrs to get there and I'd do it again in a heartbeat just to deal with them
