My recent service experience was overall very positive. My service advisor, Jurgen, did an excellent job—he was friendly, professional, and communicated everything clearly. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and I felt well taken care of throughout the process. However, I would like to share some constructive feedback about another service advisor, whose name I believe is Jen. While Jurgen was kindly seeking clarification on a question I had, I could hear Jen responding in a way that seemed dismissive, almost as if the question wasn’t worth asking. If I were on the receiving end of a response like that from a coworker, I would have felt hesitant to ask further questions, which could ultimately lead to incorrect answers being provided to the customer. Additionally, in the few other times I’ve visited for service, I’ve interacted with Jen briefly, and I’ve noticed she hasn’t been the warmest person to talk with. I’ve spent much of my career in the customer service industry, and I know that being in a frontline role, where you’re often the first person a customer interacts with, is a critical opportunity to leave a positive impression. A little extra approachability and friendliness can make a big difference in shaping a customer's experience. I want to make it clear that I’m not bringing this up to criticize Jen personally but to provide feedback that might help improve the overall experience for customers and strengthen the team dynamic. Traveling back to Canada from Florida, had some engine trouble with the 2018 Tiquan I bought 2 weeks previously in Florida. Had car towed to dealership who adv they could look at it for me. Not only did they fix my car, they helped me locate a pet friendly hotel because the car would not be ready til next day. The customer service, and kindness shown to me is something rare to find in this day and age. They drove me and dogs to hotel, and picked us up next morning. I will be eternally grateful to all the service staff, and especially to Jen.
