My service was OK. But as I sat there listening to the phone call interactions with customers who had their cars in for service, the service desk associates, specifically the female there, was very rude to customers. It was not just one call, but several, and each time she bad mouthed the customers to the other service desk people. I hope I never have to deal with her.

Service was accurate, helpful, and took what seems to be the right amount of time. Their car wash was broken though so that was a bit disappointing given the amount of pollen right now. But everyone I encountered was wonderful
