Jordan is the consummate salesperson. I have been working with him since January on a new vehicle and changed my mind twice about cars. When Kieran (sp?) and he told me about the 2025 Tiguan, I requested one.
I should also say that the main reason I am loyal to Garnet (this is my 4th purchase and the 5th car I had serviced) is because of your service department — Jen in particular but all are great! I had a bad experience with a dealer in DE and decided to try Garnet and I was literally sold. This is just proof that service sells cars!

First of all I could not believe they said I needed a wheel alignment. $250!!! Yikes!!! and I only had under 6000 miles on the car. I was told that I could wait until I had 10,000 miles and still receive 2 free oil changes but the service person Brandon said no bring it in and I should have gotten a car wash and when i told Patrick he took it through but it was not dried and not clean. Very disappointing Also have a dent on my wheel that should have been repaired because I pay extra for that service. They said the guy who does that doen't come in until Thursday. We live in Hockessin, Delaware and I did mention that before we came in --Also we waited over 1and 3/4 hours for just an oil change when we were told 1 hour.

Jurgen and Patrick were courteous, attentive, and friendly. The technician, Alex, sent an incredibly helpful video describing what he did to my car. It was clear and concise. I didn't feel like my car was just taken around the block and the keys were given back. I left feeling more like a guest than a customer. I will definitely be returning for further maintenance appointments.

I was not pleased with the loaner. I was provided it was dirty and it was not big enough. I expected at least a vehicle the size of my vehicle as I have a large family and as a single mother, I’m the only person who drives them around, so I was not pleased with that experience at all.
