    For two days, I was in need of help in getting my 2019 Jetta, witch was having many electrical problems and would not start in a small garage. Jumping did not work but eventaully I was able to start charge the battery enough to start the car and get it to Garnet VW. Jen was magnificent in coaching what to do the day before and having my car into a mechanic within 5 minutes of my arrival Servicee was fast, efficient and reasonable. You have a customer for life.

    The service writer was great. Brought the tech to explain why my 2025 Atlas sounds like a diesel. After the recall on the engine cover (removed engine cover). There is no muffling of the engine noise. Very disappointed in VW itself for not correcting the problem. Correcting one thing only to make another horrible.

    I booked an appointment the evening before around 5/6 p.m. for the next morning at 7 a.m. Booking service is always convenient and easy. The staff are always professional and courteous. The service time is always a bit longer, but I bring work with me, so I never mind.
